Description
A sweet, creamy dessert salad made with strawberries, pineapple, whipped topping, marshmallows, and a fluffy vanilla base. Light, refreshing, and addictively good!

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Extra whole strawberries for garnish (optional)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 1 tub Cool Whip)
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ cup crushed pineapple juice or cold milk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
- Prepare the Whipped Base: If using heavy cream, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add sour cream/yogurt and powdered sugar; mix gently. If using Cool Whip, skip whipping — just mix with sour cream/yogurt. Add instant vanilla pudding mix. Pour in the pineapple juice or cold milk. Mix until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the Fruit & Marshmallows: Gently fold in diced strawberries and pineapple. Add mini marshmallows. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to thicken and let flavors blend.
- Serve: Garnish with whole strawberries or extra marshmallows. Serve cold — it tastes even better the next day!
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
