Description
Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls are soft, cheesy spirals packed with mozzarella, garlic butter, and a sprinkle of parmesan on top. Baked until golden and served warm with marinara sauce for dipping, they’re the perfect crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer for pizza night, game day, or just because. Quick to make with store-bought dough, but easy to customize if you’re feeling creative!
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 9×13 inches.
Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese across the dough.
Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.
Slice into 12 even rolls and place them cut-side up in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the rolls.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly, garnish with extra parmesan and parsley if desired, and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Fresh or store-bought dough both work great—choose what fits your schedule.
Want to make it heartier? Add chopped pepperoni or cooked sausage before rolling.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
These rolls freeze beautifully! Wrap individually and freeze for up to 2 months.
Dried herbs work in place of fresh—just use about ⅓ the amount.
Perfect for make-ahead: prep and refrigerate unbaked rolls for a few hours, then bake fresh before serving.
