- 2 sleeves graham crackers
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 cup whipped cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- ½ cup chocolate syrup or ganache drizzle
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in whipped topping (and whipped cream if using) until smooth and fluffy.
- Line the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan with graham crackers.
- Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread a thick layer of whipped topping (or sweetened whipped cream) over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to let crackers soften.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup or ganache.
- Slice into squares and enjoy that “cream puff” flavor without baking!
