A stunning Marble Bundt Cake that combines rich chocolate and vanilla flavors for a beautiful dessert.

- 2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) whole milk, room temperature
- ⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for chocolate swirl)
- 3 tbsp warm water or warm milk (for chocolate swirl)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
- Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, mixing just until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder, extra sugar, and warm water/milk to form a paste, then mix with 1 ¼ cups of the vanilla batter.
- Spoon half of the vanilla batter into the bundt pan, add chocolate batter, then top with remaining vanilla batter and swirl gently.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
Notes
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing for clean marbling.
- Optional: Dust the pan with flour to prevent sticking.
