Description

A stunning Marble Bundt Cake that combines rich chocolate and vanilla flavors for a beautiful dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups (300g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (for chocolate swirl)
  • 3 tbsp warm water or warm milk (for chocolate swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk, mixing just until smooth.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cocoa powder, extra sugar, and warm water/milk to form a paste, then mix with 1 ¼ cups of the vanilla batter.
  6. Spoon half of the vanilla batter into the bundt pan, add chocolate batter, then top with remaining vanilla batter and swirl gently.
  7. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.

Notes

  • Let the cake cool completely before slicing for clean marbling.
  • Optional: Dust the pan with flour to prevent sticking.
