Delicious Kinder Bueno & Nutella Cheesecake Bars that combine the rich flavors of cheesecake with the delightful crunch of Kinder Bueno.
Ingredients

- 250 g digestive biscuits (or graham crackers), crushed
- 100 g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 500 g cream cheese, softened
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 200 ml sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
- 100 g Nutella, melted slightly for drizzling
- 150 ml whipped cream (piped into swirls)
- Extra Kinder Bueno pieces for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour; mix until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed. Fold in chopped Kinder Bueno pieces.
- Pour mixture over crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off oven, leave door ajar, and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle Nutella over cooled cheesecake. Pipe swirls of whipped cream on top. Add Kinder Bueno chunks as garnish.
- Slice into neat bars and serve!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Ensure the cheesecake is fully chilled before slicing for clean edges.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of Nutella based on your preference.
