- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (3 oz) boxes strawberry or fruit punch gelatin (Jell-O)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for texture)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add boiling water to gelatin powder.
- Stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in Hawaiian Punch as the cold liquid.
- Let cool slightly (but don’t let it set).
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually whisk into the gelatin mixture until combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows (if using).
- Mix until light and fluffy.
- Pour mixture into a greased Bundt pan or Jello mold.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
- To release, dip the mold briefly in warm water and invert onto a serving plate.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- For best results, use a Bundt pan for a beautiful presentation.
