  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (3 oz) boxes strawberry or fruit punch gelatin (Jell-O)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for texture)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add boiling water to gelatin powder.
  2. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in Hawaiian Punch as the cold liquid.
  4. Let cool slightly (but don’t let it set).
  5. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gradually whisk into the gelatin mixture until combined.
  7. Gently fold in whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows (if using).
  8. Mix until light and fluffy.
  9. Pour mixture into a greased Bundt pan or Jello mold.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  11. To release, dip the mold briefly in warm water and invert onto a serving plate.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
