Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on both sides (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss in gnocchi; stir gently until cooked through (about three minutes).
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Mix well for one minute before serving, topped with grated Parmesan.
