- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade whipped cream)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together crushed pineapple (with juice), cherry pie filling, and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and marshmallows to soften.
- Scoop into bowls and garnish with extra maraschino cherries and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
