A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip that is perfect for parties or a fun appetizer!

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and 1/3 cup sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of thawed and squeezed-dry frozen spinach and 1 cup of chopped artichoke hearts.
- Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Fold in 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan and 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared dish, smoothing the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown on top.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crostini, or sliced baguette.
Notes
- This dip can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving for convenience.
- For a variation, try adding chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
