A delicious twist on a classic dish, this Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with crispy French fries for a hearty meal.

- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen French fries
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup cheese sauce (or nacho cheese, optional for drizzle)
- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for creaminess)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (toasted with 1 tbsp butter)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake French fries on a sheet pan until lightly golden (about 15–20 minutes).
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add 1 cup shredded cheese and mix until melted. (Optional) Stir in sour cream for extra creaminess.
- In a greased 9×13 baking dish, spread half of the fries. Pour beef mixture evenly over fries. Top with remaining fries. Sprinkle with the rest of the shredded cheese. Top with buttered breadcrumbs.
- Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top. Drizzle with warm cheese sauce before serving.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with ketchup, pickles, or ranch on the side.
