Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 1/2 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles or crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients.
  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly.
  3. Stir in mini marshmallows until completely melted and smooth (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and gently fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  5. Lightly grease your hands or spatula, then press the mixture into an even layer in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
  6. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes.
  7. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring after each interval.
  8. Cut cooled treats into squares or rectangles.
  9. Dip half into melted white chocolate and let excess drip off before placing on parchment paper.
  10. Add sprinkles if desired.

Notes
