Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
- Chill while preparing the filling.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest, mixing until velvety.
- Fold in whipped cream gently for a light, airy texture.
- Spoon the lemon cream mixture over the crust layer in each glass.
- Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to set.
- Top with whipped cream, lemon/lime slices, and a sprinkle of zest.
- Serve chilled for a refreshing, tangy treat.
