Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped to soft peaks)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • Lemon or lime slices (for garnish)
  • Extra lemon zest (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press mixture into the bottom of serving glasses or jars.
  3. Chill while preparing the filling.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and zest, mixing until velvety.
  6. Fold in whipped cream gently for a light, airy texture.
  7. Spoon the lemon cream mixture over the crust layer in each glass.
  8. Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to set.
  9. Top with whipped cream, lemon/lime slices, and a sprinkle of zest.
  10. Serve chilled for a refreshing, tangy treat.
