Description

A festive and delicious Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz / 230 g each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups (about 300 g) cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup (120 ml) cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional Garnish: Fresh parsley or thyme
  • Extra cranberry sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well coated and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a ring shape, overlapping the wide ends in the center (the points should face outward, creating a sunburst pattern). Press the overlapping dough to seal slightly and form a circular base.
  3. Spoon the turkey mixture along the dough near the center ring. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese. Top with small dollops of cranberry sauce over the filling.
  4. Gently lift the dough tips and fold them over the filling toward the center, tucking the ends underneath. Continue around the ring — it’s okay if some filling peeks through!
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and puffed.
  6. Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh parsley or thyme. Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce or gravy on the side.
