A frozen dessert masterpiece with three decadent layers: a crunchy Oreo cookie crust, creamy vanilla cookies-and-cream ice cream layer, and a light chocolate mousse ice cream layer, all topped with chocolate drip, whipped cream swirls, and mini Oreo halves.

- 2 ½ cups (250 g) Oreo cookie crumbs
- 6 tbsp (85 g) melted butter
- Vanilla Cookies & Cream Ice Cream Layer
- 3 cups (700 g) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 cup (120 g) crushed Oreos
- Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream Layer
- 2 cups (475 g) chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ cup (60 g) crushed Oreos (optional)
- Chocolate Drip
- 1 cup (175 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream
- Whipped Cream Topping
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Decoration
- Mini Oreo cookies
- Oreo crumbs
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Make the Oreo Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.
- Vanilla Ice Cream Layer: In a bowl, mix softened vanilla ice cream and crushed Oreos. Spread evenly over the crust. Freeze for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream Layer: Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks. Fold in the softened chocolate ice cream to create a mousse-ice cream texture. Add crushed Oreos (optional). Spread on top of the vanilla layer. Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
- Chocolate Drip: Heat heavy cream until steaming (not boiling). Pour over chocolate chips and whisk until smooth. Let cool until thick but pourable. Drip around the edges of the cake. Return to freezer for 10 minutes.
- Whipped Cream & Decoration: Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla to stiff peaks. Pipe swirls around the top of the cake. Add mini Oreos between swirls. Sprinkle extra cookie crumbs on top.
Notes
- Ensure the ice cream is slightly softened for easier mixing.
- For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips for the drip.
- Optional crushed Oreos can be added to the chocolate mousse layer for extra texture.
