Description

A dreamy no-bake pie with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling swirled with strawberry sauce, topped with fresh strawberries, shortcake cubes, and an extra drizzle of strawberry glaze. A show-stopping dessert for summer or any celebration!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups strawberry pie filling (or homemade strawberry sauce)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup shortcake or pound cake cubes
  • Extra strawberry glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread half the cheesecake filling into the crust. Add spoonfuls of strawberry sauce and swirl gently with a knife. Repeat with remaining filling and swirl again.
  4. Pipe extra filling on top for decoration. Garnish with fresh strawberries, shortcake cubes, and strawberry glaze. Chill for 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.
