- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups strawberry pie filling (or homemade strawberry sauce)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup shortcake or pound cake cubes
- Extra strawberry glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half the cheesecake filling into the crust. Add spoonfuls of strawberry sauce and swirl gently with a knife. Repeat with remaining filling and swirl again.
- Pipe extra filling on top for decoration. Garnish with fresh strawberries, shortcake cubes, and strawberry glaze. Chill for 4 hours (or overnight) before serving.

- For a homemade strawberry sauce, cook fresh strawberries with sugar until thickened.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
