Ingredients

  • 2 cups pound cake or sponge cake, cut into cubes
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 68 whole strawberries (for decoration)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Let sit for 10–15 minutes until juicy.
  2. Beat cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy and stiff. Transfer to a piping bag.
  3. In clear plastic dessert cups, add cubes of pound cake as the bottom layer.
  4. Spoon strawberries and some syrup over the cake as the second layer.
  5. Pipe whipped cream generously as the third layer. Repeat layers if cups are tall.
  6. Add a swirl of whipped cream on top and place one whole strawberry in the center.
  7. Dust lightly with powdered sugar for a snowy finish.
