Description

Delicious Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls made with Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz / 400 g) Golden Oreos (or strawberry cream Oreos, if available)
  • 1 ½ cups freeze-dried strawberries
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate (for coating)
  • Pink candy melts or colored white chocolate (for drizzle)
  • Optional: pink sprinkles or crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries into fine crumbs.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and pulse until a thick dough forms.
  3. Scoop about 1 tbsp of dough and roll into smooth balls.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
  7. Dip each Oreo ball into melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
  8. Place back on parchment and let set.
  9. Melt pink candy melts and drizzle over the coated balls.
  10. Sprinkle with crushed strawberries or sprinkles before the drizzle sets.
  11. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  12. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
