Description
Delicious Strawberry Shortcake Oreo Balls made with Golden Oreos, freeze-dried strawberries, and cream cheese, coated in white chocolate.

- 1 package (14 oz / 400 g) Golden Oreos (or strawberry cream Oreos, if available)
- 1 ½ cups freeze-dried strawberries
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz (340 g) white chocolate (for coating)
- Pink candy melts or colored white chocolate (for drizzle)
- Optional: pink sprinkles or crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries into fine crumbs.
- Add softened cream cheese and pulse until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop about 1 tbsp of dough and roll into smooth balls.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Place back on parchment and let set.
- Melt pink candy melts and drizzle over the coated balls.
- Sprinkle with crushed strawberries or sprinkles before the drizzle sets.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
