- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 2 sleeves graham crackers
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (optional, for pink cream layer)
- 1 cup heavy cream (for making strawberry topping layer, optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- In a 9×13-inch dish, place a single layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream filling over crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, the rest of the filling, and more strawberries.
- Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix in prepared strawberry gelatin (cooled but not set) to give a pink, fluffy topping.
- Spread over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
- Slice into squares and garnish with fresh strawberry halves or drizzle with strawberry syrup.
