- 1 package (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant strawberry pudding mix
- 1 cup milk (cold)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced (reserve some for garnish)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
- Cotton candy (for garnish, just before serving)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Stir in marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple, and coconut (if using).
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors blend.
- Just before serving, top with a tuft of cotton candy for that fun carnival look (it melts if added too early). Garnish with extra strawberries and fresh mint.

- Make sure to drain the crushed pineapple well to avoid excess liquid.
- For a lighter version, you can use low-fat whipped topping.
