These frozen strawberry yogurt bites are a delicious treat perfect for hot days or a quick dessert!
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- pinch of flaky salt
Instructions
- Chop the strawberries and mix into the yogurt along with maple syrup and vanilla.
- Line a 9×13” baking sheet with parchment paper and dollop the yogurt mixture on to the pan, keeping a round shape if possible.
- Place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave for about 45 seconds, mixing every 15 seconds until the chocolate is very smooth and runny.
- Use a fork to lift each yogurt bite, dip in the chocolate, and lift it out quickly, working one at a time. Immediately sprinkle with flaky salt before the chocolate sets (it’ll set quickly).
- Repeat until all of the yogurt bites are done, then set in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
- Enjoy frozen or let them thaw for a few minutes before biting into them!
Notes
- These yogurt bites can be stored in the freezer for a refreshing snack anytime.
