- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (chilled)
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

- 1 ½ cups (250 g) white chocolate or candy melts
- Few drops pink food coloring (if not using strawberry melts)
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut or crispy sugar sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray (10×15-inch) with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until pale and fluffy.
- Gently fold in flour, strawberry powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vanilla, and melted butter, folding until smooth.
- Spread evenly in the pan, bake 12–15 minutes until springy.
- While still warm, roll the cake (with parchment) from the short end into a towel shape.
- Let cool completely, then unroll carefully.
- Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread evenly over the cooled cake.
- Roll the cake tightly into a log.
- Cut into smaller towel-like rolls (about 2–3 inches each).
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts and tint pink if needed.
- Dip or coat each roll in chocolate.
- Sprinkle with coconut or crispy sugar before the coating sets.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes for coating to set.
- Serve chilled for best texture.
