A refreshing and delicious frozen smoothie made with strawberries, bananas, and almond milk.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup frozen banana (1 small banana)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup honey vanilla Greek yogurt (I love Greek Gods brand)
- 1 to 3 teaspoons honey (optional, as needed)
Instructions
- Night Before: Peel the banana and slice it into coins. Place the coins in a sealed bag in the freezer the night before making this smoothie. If the banana isn’t frozen solid, you’ll want to add some ice to your smoothie.
- Day Of: Combine the almond milk, frozen banana, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey (add to taste as needed, depending on the sweetness of the fruit) in a large, powerful blender.
- Blend until completely smooth—about 60 seconds in a high-powered blender.
- Enjoy immediately.
