Description

A refreshing strawberry acai syrup perfect for a summer drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/3 cup filtered or purified water
  • 3/4 teaspoon acai powder
  • ¼ teaspoon green coffee bean powder
  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add freeze-dried strawberries, sugar, filtered water, and acai powder.
  2. Simmer on low heat for 9-12 minutes until a sauce thickens to syrup consistency.
  3. Strain the syrup and let it cool.
  4. In a glass, mix cold water with white grape juice until dissolved.
  5. Add syrup to the glass.
  6. Add ice cubes and remaining strawberries.

  • This syrup can be used in various beverages or desserts.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sugar.
