Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Snowy Coconut Cream Domes that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200g) sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • ½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • Optional: edible sugar pearls or white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt — mix until fluffy.
  3. Stir in 2 cups shredded coconut until fully incorporated.
  4. If mixture seems too soft → refrigerate 10–15 minutes to firm slightly.
  5. Scoop mixture using a cookie scoop or large spoon and shape into round dome-shaped mounds (or roll into balls). Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Place the remaining coconut on a plate and roll or press each dome into coconut to completely coat.
  7. For the snowy look, top lightly with toasted coconut flakes for contrast and add an edible pearl to the top center.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to firm up.

Notes

  • Optional: Lightly toast half of the coconut for color contrast.
  • These domes can be garnished with edible sugar pearls or a drizzle of white chocolate for added decoration.
