Description
A delicious and gooey Skillet S’mores Dip that combines melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, perfect for dipping with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit.

- 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bars)
- 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for extra silky chocolate)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows (or large ones cut in half)
- Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly butter or spray a small cast-iron skillet (or ovenproof dish).
- Spread chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the skillet and add 1 tbsp heavy cream on top (optional).
- Arrange marshmallows on top of the chocolate in a single layer, packing them snugly for the best gooey topping.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until chocolate is melted and marshmallows puff up. For golden tops, broil on high for 1–2 minutes — watch carefully to avoid burning.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes (chocolate will be very hot). Serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.

- For a richer flavor, use a mix of chocolate types.
