Description

A delicious and gooey Skillet S’mores Dip that combines melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, perfect for dipping with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bars)
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for extra silky chocolate)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (or large ones cut in half)
  • Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly butter or spray a small cast-iron skillet (or ovenproof dish).
  2. Spread chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the skillet and add 1 tbsp heavy cream on top (optional).
  3. Arrange marshmallows on top of the chocolate in a single layer, packing them snugly for the best gooey topping.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until chocolate is melted and marshmallows puff up. For golden tops, broil on high for 1–2 minutes — watch carefully to avoid burning.
  5. Remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes (chocolate will be very hot). Serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
