Description

This delicious shrimp and jalapeño dip is perfect for parties and gatherings. Serve with tortilla chips for a flavorful snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (diced, peeled and deveined)
  • 1 jalapeño (cored and diced)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sea salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • 12 oz tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients. In a medium mixing bowl, add diced shrimp, jalapeño, onion, tomato and cilantro. Add dry seasonings.
  2. Add lime juice. Add lime juice into the mixture. Gently toss to combine.
  3. Serve immediately. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

  • This dip is best served fresh but can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for a few hours.
