- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring (gel preferred)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12–15 Oreo cookies (whole or halved)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, mixed into batter)
- 1/2 cup melted white chocolate (for drizzle)
- Crushed Oreos (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix well.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips (optional).
- Spread half of the red velvet batter evenly in the pan.
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies on top.
- Spread remaining batter over the Oreos, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled blondies.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos for a finishing touch.

- For a richer flavor, use high-quality white chocolate.
