  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1215 Oreo cookies (whole or halved)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional, mixed into batter)
  • 1/2 cup melted white chocolate (for drizzle)
  • Crushed Oreos (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix well.
  4. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips (optional).
  6. Spread half of the red velvet batter evenly in the pan.
  7. Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies on top.
  8. Spread remaining batter over the Oreos, smoothing the top.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.
  10. Cool completely in the pan before cutting.
  11. Drizzle melted white chocolate over cooled blondies.
  12. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos for a finishing touch.
