Instructions

  1. Dice fresh pineapple into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. If you prefer extra sweetness, drizzle a little honey over the pineapple chunks and toss.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest.
  4. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold in pineapple chunks and chopped mint leaves.
