  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 45 fresh peaches (peeled and sliced) or 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches, well-drained
  • 2 tbsp peach preserves or apricot jam (optional, for glaze)
  • Additional whipped cream
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Extra peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Mix graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish (or springform pan for tall layers). Chill 15 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the Cream Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the Layers: Spread half the cream mixture over the chilled crust. Add a layer of sliced peaches. Repeat with remaining cream and peaches for a tall layered effect.
  4. Garnish & Chill: Spread whipped cream on top and decorate with peach slices and mint. Optional: Brush peaches with warmed preserves for shine. Chill at least 4 hours (or overnight) for best texture.
