- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup Nutella (warmed slightly for drizzling)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream (or mascarpone cheese for richness)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough into a circle or rectangle (about 10–12 inches).
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 10–12 minutes, until golden and slightly crisp. Let cool.
- Spread or pipe whipped cream generously over the cooled crust.
- Arrange sliced strawberries evenly over the whipped cream.
- Warm Nutella slightly so it drizzles easily.
- Drizzle over strawberries in thin lines or a zigzag pattern.
- Cut into slices and dust lightly with powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately.

- For a richer flavor, use mascarpone cheese instead of whipped cream.
