Description

Nutella Bliss Balls are a delightful sweet treat made with powdered milk, sugar, and Nutella, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (200 g) powdered milk
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • ½ cup (120 ml) condensed milk (sweetened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella (or any hazelnut spread)
  • Extra powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine powdered milk, powdered sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla.
  2. Mix until a soft dough forms. If too dry, add 1–2 tsp more condensed milk.
  3. Take a small portion of dough, flatten it in your palm.
  4. Add about 1 tsp of Nutella in the center.
  5. Carefully fold the dough over and roll into a smooth ball, sealing the Nutella inside.
  6. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.

Notes

  • Ensure the dough is not too dry; adjust with condensed milk as needed.
  • These bliss balls can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Feel free to experiment with different fillings or coatings.
