- 2 cups (200 g) powdered milk
- 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
- ½ cup (120 ml) condensed milk (sweetened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella (or any hazelnut spread)
- Extra powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine powdered milk, powdered sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla.
- Mix until a soft dough forms. If too dry, add 1–2 tsp more condensed milk.
- Take a small portion of dough, flatten it in your palm.
- Add about 1 tsp of Nutella in the center.
- Carefully fold the dough over and roll into a smooth ball, sealing the Nutella inside.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.

- Ensure the dough is not too dry; adjust with condensed milk as needed.
- These bliss balls can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
