Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup pure honey
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade until well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
