Delicious honey garlic chicken, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice to create the marinade.
  3. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade until well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving hot.
