Description

Mouthwatering Millionaire Pie is a delightful tropical dessert that combines a creamy filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust and a medley of fruits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup (115 g) melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream or whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (8 oz / 225 g) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup (150 g) maraschino cherries, halved and drained
  • ½ cup (60 g) sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup (60 g) chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish. Chill for at least 20 minutes to set.
  2. Prepare the Cream Base: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix until silky. Fold in whipped cream until light and airy.
  3. Add the Fruit Mixture: Gently fold in drained pineapple, cherries, coconut, and nuts. Pour mixture into the chilled crust, spreading evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to firm up.
  4. Decorate & Serve: Before serving, top with whipped cream swirls. Add a cherry on each swirl and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Slice and serve chilled — every bite is creamy, fruity, and tropical perfection!

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
