Delicious Maltesers Chocolate Swirl Pancakes that combine fluffy pancakes with a rich chocolate and Maltesers filling.
Ingredients

- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup crushed Maltesers (plus more for topping)
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (e.g., Nutella)
- Whole Maltesers, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined (don’t overmix). Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly butter it.
- Pour in about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden. Stack pancakes on a plate and keep warm.
- Mix melted milk chocolate with crushed Maltesers. Spread chocolate hazelnut spread on each pancake. Add a layer of the Maltesers chocolate mix and roll the pancakes tightly.
- Stack the rolled pancakes on a plate. Drizzle extra melted chocolate over the top. Sprinkle with more crushed Maltesers and top with whole Maltesers.
