Description

A delightful and indulgent Kinder Duo Swirl Bundt Cake featuring a rich vanilla and chocolate swirl, topped with melted chocolate and assorted Kinder chocolates.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups (300 g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (for the chocolate swirl)
  • 100 g white chocolate, melted
  • 100 g milk chocolate, melted
  • Assorted Kinder chocolates (Kinder Bueno, Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Maxi, etc.), chopped into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until smooth.
  6. Transfer 1/3 of the batter to a separate bowl. Mix in cocoa powder until well combined.
  7. Spoon vanilla batter into the bundt pan, then add chocolate batter on top. Use a skewer/knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect. Finish with remaining vanilla batter.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, drizzle melted white chocolate and milk chocolate generously over the cake.
  10. Top with chopped Kinder chocolate pieces for a rich, indulgent finish.

Notes

  • Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
  • Do not overmix the batter to keep the cake light and fluffy.
  • Feel free to use any combination of Kinder chocolates for topping.
