Italian Crescent Roll Sandwich Bake is a delicious layered dish featuring crescent roll dough filled with a variety of Italian meats and cheeses, topped with a buttery garlic seasoning.

- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz sliced mozzarella (or provolone)
- 6 oz sliced salami
- 6 oz sliced pepperoni or soppressata
- 6 oz sliced ham (optional, for extra layers)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment.
- Roll out one can of crescent dough and press seams together, laying it flat in the bottom of the dish.
- Add layers of sliced mozzarella, salami, pepperoni (and ham if using), and sprinkle shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers for extra thickness if your dish allows.
- Top with the second crescent dough sheet, pressing seams together and sealing edges.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then brush over the top crescent layer. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
- Bake for 18–25 minutes, until deep golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes to set, then slice like a loaf and serve warm.

- Feel free to customize the meats and cheeses based on your preference.
- For a spicier kick, consider adding sliced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
