Description

Delicious stuffed pizza bites filled with cheese and pepperoni, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Cut into squares (3 inches across). Place a spoonful of sauce, cheese, and toppings in the center of each square.
  4. Fold squares into triangles or rectangles and seal edges tightly; crimp with a fork for extra security.
  5. Arrange on a greased baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with extra sauce on the side.
