Instructions
- Prepare the dough by whisking together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until fluffy. Add egg, molasses, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture until a soft dough forms. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out chilled dough to about ¼-inch thickness.
- Cut out shapes using gingerbread man cookie cutters and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm; cool before filling with Nutella and decorating with sprinkles.
