A delicious and healthy grilled sweet potato recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 500g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or smoked paprika (optional)
- juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Peel if desired.
- Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch rounds for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss the rounds with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Grill the sweet potato slices for 4-5 minutes on each side until tender and charred.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using smoked paprika.
- The lemon juice is optional but adds a nice tang.
