- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3–4 breasts)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers in water first) and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with any leftover marinade drizzled on top.
