Description

Delicious grilled chicken skewers marinated in a flavorful mixture of garlic, soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 34 breasts)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers in water first) and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with any leftover marinade drizzled on top.
