A delicious stir-fry featuring flank steak and fresh egg noodles, coated in a savory sauce with colorful vegetables.

- 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
- 4 green onions, sliced (white and green parts)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Marinate flank steak in soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add bell peppers and white parts of green onions; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp.
- Push veggies aside and add marinated beef; cook until browned on all sides (4-5 minutes).
- Add cooked noodles, oyster sauce, and remaining green onions; toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.
Notes
- This dish can be customized with your choice of vegetables.
- For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
