Description

A delicious stir-fry featuring flank steak and fresh egg noodles, coated in a savory sauce with colorful vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (mixed colors)
  • 4 green onions, sliced (white and green parts)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak in soy sauce and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add bell peppers and white parts of green onions; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp.
  5. Push veggies aside and add marinated beef; cook until browned on all sides (4-5 minutes).
  6. Add cooked noodles, oyster sauce, and remaining green onions; toss everything together until well-coated and heated through.

Notes

  • This dish can be customized with your choice of vegetables.
  • For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes for spice.
