Description

Grilled chicken kabobs marinated in a sweet and savory sauce with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lbs chicken fillet, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Grill kabobs on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush with extra marinade while grilling.
  6. Serve hot.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
