Description
Grilled chicken kabobs marinated in a sweet and savory sauce with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lbs chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill kabobs on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Brush with extra marinade while grilling.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
