- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup whole milk

- 4 cups stale bread cubes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper. Gently fold in the diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and bread cubes until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown on top. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
