A festive and creamy Gingerbread Mocktini, perfect for holiday celebrations.

- ½ cup eggnog (store-bought works great)
- ¼ cup half-and-half or whole milk
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread syrup
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce (for rim)
- 2 tablespoons crushed gingersnap cookies or graham cracker crumbs
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Caramel drizzle (for topping)
- A mini gingerbread cookie (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glass: Dip the rim of the glass into caramel sauce and press into crushed gingersnaps to coat.
- Mix the Drink: In a shaker (or mason jar), combine eggnog, half-and-half, gingerbread syrup, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Shake well for 10–12 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into the rimmed glass. Top generously with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel, and add a mini gingerbread man on the rim to finish. Serve chilled and creamy.
Notes
- For an optional adult version, add 1.5 oz of vodka, vanilla vodka, RumChata, or spiced rum.
- For homemade gingerbread syrup, heat ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup water, 1 tablespoon molasses, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ginger, a pinch of nutmeg, and a splash of vanilla in a saucepan for 2–3 minutes until dissolved.
- Chill the glass first for a creamier drink.
- Use thick whipped cream and pipe it for a better aesthetic.
