- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ small red onion, finely diced
- 1 tomato, diced

- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Sour cream drizzle (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Proteins: Cook and season chosen proteins (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, or beans). Keep warm.
- Make the Guacamole: Mash avocados in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, onion, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Place in a serving bowl. Drizzle with sour cream for presentation.
- Assemble the Taco Platter: Arrange warm tortillas in a circular pattern around the platter. Fill each taco with a variety of proteins and toppings for color and balance. Place the guacamole dip bowl in the center. Surround with extra chips if desired. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
