Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn, bell pepper, and black beans. Toss gently to mix.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture; toss to combine until everything is coated.
