- 2 cups fresh strawberries (whole, washed & hulled)
- 1 cup milk chocolate (melted)
- ½ cup pistachios (crushed, unsalted)
- 1 cup kataifi pastry (shredded phyllo, lightly toasted in butter)
- ½ cup Nutella or melted chocolate hazelnut spread
- Whipped cream (optional, for layering)
Instructions
- Crush pistachios until fine but slightly chunky. Add a thin layer of crushed pistachios at the bottom of a clear serving cup.
- Spread a spoonful of Nutella or melted chocolate over the pistachios. Place whole strawberries standing up around the edge of the cup.
- Lightly toast kataifi pastry in butter until golden and crisp. Let cool, then add a layer of kataifi over the chocolate-strawberry base.
- Pour melted chocolate over the kataifi. Add another layer of whole strawberries dipped halfway in chocolate.
- Sprinkle the top with crushed pistachios. Optionally, add a swirl of whipped cream.
