- 1 round wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix cranberries, walnuts, honey, and rosemary.
- Score the top of the Brie in a crisscross pattern.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture generously onto the Brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until gooey.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
