A fun and delicious way to enjoy pizza, these crispy pizza cone towers are perfect for parties or a unique family dinner.

- 4 large flour tortillas (or pre-made pizza dough sheets)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for sealing edges)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce (marinara or tomato-basil)
- 1 cup cooked Italian sausage or pepperoni (diced)
- ½ cup crispy bacon bits
- ½ cup black olives (sliced)
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled feta or Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
- Extra sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll tortillas into cone shapes (or use cone molds if available). Seal edges with a little melted mozzarella and press firmly.
- Brush the cones with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on the outside.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, cook diced sausage/pepperoni and bacon bits until crispy.
- Mix with pizza sauce, olives, and diced tomatoes.
- Fill each cone halfway with mozzarella cheese.
- Add a generous scoop of the pizza filling.
- Top with more mozzarella and crumbled feta/Parmesan.
- Return filled cones to the oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Stack the cones upright on a serving board or cone holder.
- Drizzle with extra melted cheese or sauce.
- Garnish with parsley or basil.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite pizza toppings.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat and add more vegetables.
- These cones can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
