Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla.
